Our automated Times System is the perfect match of PC automation and “real person” common sense!

All your online entries feed into the pre-filled schedule for your event automatically, splitting out online, postal and credit card entries.

Show a summary of all entries per class at a glance, switch online entries on and off per class and per event when full.

Postal and phone entries can be added at any time and all your entries are stored in your database for you.

You can set time intervals per Dressage Test (i.e. Prelim 7 - 6 minutes, Elementary 50 - 8 minute intervals) and these are unique to your venue and your event. These can be changed at any time to suit the individual event if required.

Enter your event start time i.e. 9am and click one button to allocate times to all your entries automatically.

Move entries up and down and times will automatically adjust for the full show.

Add in breaks of any interval and the times will automatically adjust around them.

Select allocate times “across the event” and it will highlight entries that are too close together e.g. Emma Smith in Class 1 at 9am in Arena 1, also in Class 2 in Arena 2 at 9.10am. This is not possible so it gives you options to resolve the conflict with one single click. Once resolved the warning goes away.

You can delete a horse and rider after times have been allocated and then add a new horse and rider into that time slot with the same Rider Number.

You have note options next to every entry to see requests riders have made on their entry form for early or late times to help you adjust times if required.

You can export to Excel any time you like and then upload to the website via one button! The Export can also include riders contact numbers for easy reference on the show day.
