When we contacted Equine Affairs we were having severe problems with our current website provider. Hayley and Victoria came to see us promptly and it was very refreshing to actually talk to a 'horsy person' who knew about computer and the technical stuff!!

We told them what we wanted and within 2 days they had come back to us with a draft website and all the information. This was pretty amazing compared to what we had been used to. The new website with our major August show schedule was up and running within 4 days, brilliant. Any alterations and teething problems we had were quickly sorted and they were always on the end of the phone - the personal touch, so refreshing.

Since that time, we have been very impressed with their service with all updates and results going onto our website quickly. I was particularly impressed when I emailed results on a Sunday morning thinking they would be ready for them on Monday morning and they emailed me by 11am Sunday morning to say results on website.

I have been using MSS via Equine Affairs for the past 6 years for the running of my website and Show entries and management. Gradually I have moved to using all of the various modules of the software and cannot speak highly enough of both the system and of the back-up service that Equine Affairs provide. The administration of dressage entries and times has become easily manageable, saving me both time and money (and stress!). Results are entered directly onto the live system, meaning less paperwork, fewer mistakes and again saving time and money. The ability to directly market all my riders from one event, or notify them of changes at an event is a brilliant addition.

We began working with Equine Affairs in December 2006. Our previous website was difficult and tedious to update. This meant that we were never able to keep our competitors fully informed; which is of course one of the most important parts of running a successful competition centre.
