Our relationship with the Affairs team began in November 2006,
and we haven’t looked back.
The Affairs team have been there every step of the way – be it
on the other end of the phone to answer the simplest of questions,
to helping us liaise through British Dressage regarding the entry
fee’s in our schedules.
The team were thoroughly professional & kept a fantastic heads
up with everyone, even when the going got tough on the technical
side, their perseverance & superb communication skills were
quite simply second to none. At the end of April, our online
entry system finally went live, and we saw our online entries
not only treble over take the usual entries that we would normally
receive by post, but we found we had now started to attracted
a wider field of first time customers to our venue.
Competitors have found the system simple & easy to use &
I have now been informed by Affairs that we are now one of
their busiest online centres. We couldn’t be happier
with the results & are bracing ourselves for what we now
anticipate to be our busiest winter season to date.
I would certainly not hesitate in recommending Affairs to
