We believe client involvement in the website design process is of paramount importance, however, the way we work with you allows you to be involved as little, or as much, as you choose, depending on your own level of expertise and, of course, time restrictions.

YOUR BRIEF
A meeting between you and our team is arranged for an initial discussion and to brainstorm the website design, functionality, budget and timing requirements. This can be done in person or through email and telephone.

PROPOSAL
The proposal is compiled by our team, after collating the full client brief, which details web and graphic design ideas, number of pages, the final price, and the production processes required to achieve the end result. We liaise with our designers to document the key phases of the project, timing and invoice plans through to completion.

APPROVAL
Once you are satisfied with the proposal, an order confirmation is signed to enable Affairs to commence website design.

SCREENSHOT DESIGNS
Our graphic and website designers get to work, several separate visuals/ screenshots are designed, and are presented to you, and once a preferred design idea is chosen, the concept is further developed ready for coding.

WEBSITE DESIGN & BUILD
Our website designers code the individual pages, functionality is programmed, site content added, and website design is completed.

YOU EVALUATE
The website is thoroughly tested for errors and bugs and is also sent to a focus group of riders to test for userbility and feedback from your prospective clients.

YOUR FINISHED WESBITE
The website is loaded to the final web-space and connected to your domain name where it will appear live on the Internet.
