TIME SAVING & HONESTY
When updates occur, we do not charge per page, per link, per image, as this
is often a very expensive method of website management often resulting in the
website being out of date due to financial restraints.
UP TO DATE
A website, which is out of date, reflects both on you and ourselves and will not
encourage riders to visit regularly. We provide an all-inclusive monthly fee,
(costs that WILL fit with your budget) enabling you, within reason, to update
your site as often as you require with no large bills to pay!
EASY & QUICK
All updates can be provided by email, fax, telephone or post and will aimed to
be carried out within 24hrs or sooner via
webupdates@equineaffairs.com. Urgent updates i.e. times/ cancellations/ changes to
prices/ contact numbers etc will be carried out with immediate effect 24x7. You will be
provided with our out of hours team mobile.

COST PER MONTH
The monthly cost is based upon the present number and complexity of events &
training and expected updates and this is reviewed each year. The monthly charge
often amounts to just the cost of 1 event or clinic entry per month or essentially
1 hour of your time per month, and in return you have us on call 24 x 7 every
day of the week throughout the year, working for you and updating your site
when necessary. We guarantee we are the most cost effective service on the
